International company that operates in the education area is looking for the Business Manager with strong experience of work on top management position and profound knowledge of financial function.
Requirements:
1. Strong experience in business development area.
2. Good practical skills in strategies development and business activity planning.
3. Minimum three years of work on financial and management position.
4. Knowledge and understanding of business law, financial management and fiscal accounting rules in Ukraine.
5. Strong negotiation experience.
6. Experience of managing several departments within a company.
7. Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must.
8. Excellent organizational, communicative and planning skills.
9. Experience of work in the educational establishments is a great advantage.
The most significant obligations are:
• Strategic development of the company.
• Oversee all accounts, purchasing and administrative office operations and procedures.
• Establish policies and procedures for accounting, purchasing and administrative functions.
• Oversee preparation and variances analysis of annual budget.
• Review financial statements.
• Cooperate and negotiate with stakeholders, clients and partners.
